Subject	Buying a 95 TT, Need Help!

Message	I'm looking at this 12,000 miles TT automatic. I drove it and was a little unimpressed by it's power and acceleration. Should it spin the tires from a stop or chirp the tires between shifts because this one did not? Otherwise this one is in like new condition. Also, how loud should the turbos sound because I could barely hear them?
